• Unsolicited Emailing (Spam): You are strictly prohibited from sending unsolicited emails ("spam") through our services. This includes, but is not limited to, bulk emailing, promotional emails to recipients who have not explicitly opted in, and any form of email marketing that does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Bulk Emailing: The use of our services to send bulk emails, even to recipients who have opted in, must comply with all relevant laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR. Bulk emailing for commercial purposes is only allowed if explicitly authorized by Mastername.

• Unauthorized Access: Any unauthorized access or attempts to access other users' accounts or our servers is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of services.

• Violation of Terms: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate any of these Terms.
